Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days within the continental US. For large whole-house systems, please allow an additional 2 days for specialized freight handling.
What is your return policy for installed units?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unopened products. Once a ventilation unit has been installed, it is no longer eligible for return due to safety and health regulations, but it remains covered under our comprehensive manufacturer warranty.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Fresh Ventilation products come with a minimum 2-year limited warranty covering mechanical defects. Premium filtration systems often include extended 5-year coverage on the motor.

How often should I replace the filters in my system?
To maintain optimal air quality and system efficiency, we recommend inspecting your filters every 3 months and replacing them at least every 6 to 12 months depending on your local environment.
